As we prepare for the installation of our 17th Bishop this February, the Diocese of New York is beginning a Mission Review process.
The goal of the Mission Review will be to set shared priorities and align diocesan leadership structures and budget with the needs of local communities. Every parish and ministry of the diocese will participate.
The process will begin in January 2024, with a series of listening sessions. The listening session for our area will take place on February 29th at 7:00 pm on Zoom. Please save the date! This will be an opportunity for the Mission Review task force to listen to the hopes and needs of our community.
A full report of the Mission Review and next steps will be shared at Diocesan Convention in November, 2024. You can register for the listening session here. Everyone is welcome.
A follow-up survey will be sent out after the listening session for further feedback.”
