2026 Annual Meeting (Parish Hall) followed by brief Vestry Meeting

St. James’ 2026 Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday, February 1, 2026 (rescheduled from January 25 due to snow), in the Parish Hall following the 10:00 am Holy Eucharist.

- 10:00 am – Polls open; Holy Eucharist
- 11:15 am – All-Church photo
- 11:30 am – Annual Meeting in the Parish Hall
Elections at the Annual Meeting
Elections will be held at this Annual Meeting to fill the following terms of office:
- Warden, two-year term (Russell Urban-Mead standing for election)
- Three Vestry members, three-year terms (Regina Dahlgren, Joanne Lown, and Anne McGrath standing for election)
- Two Vestry members, one-year terms — vacancies created as a result of Russell Urban-Mead being nominated for Warden and Deb Belding stepping down after the second year of a three-year term (Jeff Crutcher and Kathleen Ferreira standing for election)

Annual Meeting Materials
The 2026 Annual Meeting Packet includes the 2025 annual reports for our leaders and ministries and the 2026 Operating Budget. Printed copies will be available at the Annual Meeting.
St. James’ Medals
The St. James’ Medal is awarded at the Annual Meeting. Those who have received the medal in years past are encouraged to wear it on Annual Meeting day.
