DESCRIPTION:St. James’ 2026 Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday\, February 1\, 2026 (rescheduled from January 25 due to snow)\, in the Parish Hall following the 10:00 am Holy Eucharist. \nSchedule\n\n10:00 am – Polls open; Holy Eucharist\n11:15 am – All-Church photo\n11:30 am – Annual Meeting in the Parish Hall\n\nElections at the Annual Meeting\nElections will be held at this Annual Meeting to fill the following terms of office: \n\nWarden\, two-year term (Russell Urban-Mead standing for election)\nThree Vestry members\, three-year terms (Regina Dahlgren\, Joanne Lown\, and Anne McGrath standing for election)\nTwo Vestry members\, one-year terms — vacancies created as a result of Russell Urban-Mead being nominated for Warden and Deb Belding stepping down after the second year of a three-year term (Jeff Crutcher and Kathleen Ferreira standing for election)\n\nYou can read candidates’ personal statements in the Nominating Committee Report. \nPolls will be open beginning at 10:00 am. \nAnnual Meeting Materials\nThe 2026 Annual Meeting Packet includes the 2025 annual reports for our leaders and ministries and the 2026 Operating Budget. Printed copies will be available at the Annual Meeting. \nSt. James’ Medals\nThe St. James’ Medal is awarded at the Annual Meeting. Those who have received the medal in years past are encouraged to wear it on Annual Meeting day.
