DESCRIPTION:Special Meeting of the Congregation: Sunday\, November 12th at 9 am (with Coffee and Treats!) \nThe Vestry of St. James’ has called a special meeting of the congregation to be held on Sunday\, November 12\, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to present to the congregation proposed revisions to our bylaws (the parish’s internal operating rules). \nCOFFEE HOUR this Sunday will take place at 9:00 am to coincide with the special meeting. There will not be a coffee hour after the 10:00 am service. \nThe proposed revisions to the bylaws were drafted by the bylaws review task force\, and the Vestry recommends adoption of the proposed revisions. \nDownload the proposed revisions to St. James’ bylaws. Printed copies are also available upon request to the parish office. \nThe congregation will vote on whether to adopt the proposed resolutions at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
